Inventory Management Specialist

We are currently hiring a skilled Inventory Management Specialist at NEXGENS. As an important member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving, counting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:- Receiving and Organizing Stock
- Verify receipt of incoming shipments and update inventory records.
- Organize and label products according to FDA requirements.
- Ensure all products are properly stored and handled.
- Inventory Audits and Discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
- Quality Control and Compliance
- Inspect products for damage, expiration, and contamination.
- Maintain adherence to FDA guidelines for storage, labeling, and handling.
- Document all quality control activities.
- Warehouse Operations and Safety
- Implement efficient organization practices.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
