Job Overview

At DOF, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our Survey and Positioning Team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing and managing survey project assignments, ensuring adherence to survey standards throughout offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and test online navigation and data logging systems
  • Calibrate survey sensors and ensure their accuracy
  • Operate online systems daily and maintain survey quality records
  • Supervise and guide junior surveyors, providing instruction and performance monitoring
  • Ensure data gathered meets contractual and company specifications
  • Report operational activities and logged data that don't meet acceptance criteria
  • Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment as required

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in offshore surveying
  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or equivalent knowledge in offshore surveying
  • Offshore medical and survival course certification
