Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Concrete Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions in concrete construction and landscape products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project-specific solutions to engineering clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote both new and existing concrete pipe products to engineers and end users to enhance business growth.
  • Collaborate with Departments of Transportation and local municipalities to refine specifications for storm drainage systems.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with industry organizations.
  • Act as a liaison among engineers, sales teams, and operational staff.
  • Drive market development and educate stakeholders on material specification processes.
  • Introduce innovative products to the market.
  • Conduct educational seminars for consulting engineering firms.
  • Identify and participate in trade shows and industry events within the designated territory.
  • Execute special projects as assigned.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, with travel requirements of up to 50% within the designated territory. A valid driver's license is mandatory.


Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent sitting.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of light loads.
  • Standing, walking, and climbing as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the concrete industry or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in technical support and customer engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
