About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to join our team in Green Bay, WI. As a Civil Designer, you will be responsible for working with civil and structural designs to provide detailed AutoCAD drawings for marine infrastructure, waterfront site development, and dredge projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for marine infrastructure, waterfront site development, and dredge projects
  • Design for waterfront site development, including grading, drainage, utilities, and pavement
  • Develop construction plans and surface grading design
  • Develop dredge templates and calculate dredge volumes between existing and proposed surfaces
  • Develop structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, including concrete reinforcement and steel details
  • Estimate CAD engineering hours for proposals
  • Oversee and QC engineering work of others, including drawings, calculations, designs, and documentation
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Civil Design or a similar technical discipline
  • Expertise using 3D design tools, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate on multiple projects
  • Knowledge of current ACI industry standard detailing practices for concrete design
  • Knowledge of current AISC industry standard detailing practices for steel design
  • Structural design background
  • Waterfront civil infrastructure and dredging experience
  • Consulting engineering experience with private and public clients
