We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Copperleaf Primary Care Clinic in Aurora, Colorado. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with medical assistants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure the highest level of care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five (5) years of experience in a continuity setting as a provider
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
