Job Summary:

As a RN Quality, Safety, Peer Review Oversight Specialist IV, Health Plan, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care and services provided to our members and patients. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical quality improvement processes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of quality and safety within the organization by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical quality improvement processes and regulations within assigned departments.
• Facilitate quality of care complaints and the review process by participating in grievance meetings and making recommendations based on available evidence.
• Deliver infection prevention and control programs to improve employee and patient safety.
• Facilitate clinical quality improvement oversight risk management efforts by assisting with the development of corrective action plans and conducting root cause analysis.
• Develop new clinical quality improvement programs by consulting with practitioners, teams, and departments to develop guidelines and metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical quality improvement or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality improvement processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
