We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Christian Park Village. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care and health education to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care.
- Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and staff performance.
- Contribute to guest assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Evaluate guest responses to nursing interventions and understand the rational for medication and treatment administration.
- Current state nursing licensure required.
- CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
