Your Responsibilities at Kalder- Contribute to the development of our centralized and decentralized (web 3.0 / blockchain) platform architecture.
- Design and maintain smart contract protocols that support our no-code tools for brands, loyalty tokens, NFTs, and other applications.
- Collaborate with the full-stack development team to create integrative infrastructure between web2 and on-chain data.
- Innovate and implement new on-chain product concepts that deliver value to brands.
- Partner with the founding team to establish and uphold token design for our platform.
- Uphold a technical standard that attracts top-tier engineering talent.
- Continuously enhance the design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes of our platforms.
- Proven experience in developing blockchain projects using Solidity.
- Strong background in backend development.
- A genuine passion for brands, art, and music, along with insights into how web3 will transform e-commerce, branding, and consumer technology.
- A commitment to building robust and scalable infrastructure.
- A mindset of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to create innovative solutions from the ground up.
- A track record of successfully building blockchain projects or backend systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation, facilitate meetings, and articulate ideas effectively.
