Truck Sales Management Position

Murphy-Hoffman Company LLC, a leading North American Kenworth dealership group, is seeking a skilled Sales Manager for its Parts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the sales and marketing activities of the department, ensuring the achievement of defined sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all activities of the Parts Department to accomplish objectives and meet sales goals.
- Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales and profit targets based on current market conditions.
- Assign accounts and territories to meet market share objectives.
- Evaluate department performance against established targets and standards, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop sales personnel to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Travel with outside sales representatives to stay in touch with customers, monitor market conditions, and gather feedback.
- Promote all MHC product and service offerings, including RoadForce, Service, Body Shop, and Leasing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably in the truck business.
- Previous leadership/management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
