Senior iOS Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Engineer to join our team at Microsoft Corporation. As a key member of our Growth Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, consumer-grade mobile applications for iOS platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop iOS applications from scratch
* Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and marketing teams to implement strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention
* Partner closely with data science teams to analyze user behavior and optimize product features
* Work in a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline
* 4+ years of technical engineering experience developing mobile applications for iOS platforms
* Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles
* Experience in growth engineering or a growth-oriented role, with demonstrated success in driving key growth metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
* Contributions to open-source projects
* Experience building iOS applications from scratch
* Experience in internationalization and localization, scaling products, applications, and engineering efforts to drive global growth
