Job Overview

KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, review, and logging of Risk Incident reports, as well as producing trend reports as requested.

Job Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain logs associated with patient complaints and risk management cases, produce letters and trend reports as requested, and maintain dashboards containing Quality Management/Performance Improvement data as requested.

Communicating with Department Directors to retrieve the required data is also a key aspect of this role, as well as maintaining documents related to the Peer Review Process, tracking peer review incidents, and producing trend reports as requested.

Additionally, the Quality Assurance Specialist will prepare OPPE documents as requested for necessary medical staff meetings, prepare physician reappointment quality profiles, and assist with document preparation for meetings as requested.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Required licenses and certifications will vary depending on the specific job requirements.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000, depending on experience and location.
