About the Role:

Affinity Health Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our dynamic team as an Executive Director. This key leadership position is responsible for establishing and directing the day-to-day management philosophy of our Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the Williamsport, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines, standards, and regulations.
  • Oversee operations of independent living, personal care, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Provide leadership to fulfill the organization's vision, mission, and values.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction focus and promote teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Effective communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proven history of well-executed strategic planning initiatives.
  • Passionate about working with the senior care population.
  • Minimum of 3 years CCRC experience.
  • Must maintain a current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License within the state of PA or be able to obtain via reciprocity.
  • Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) License also required but can obtain once hired within 3 – 6 months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field of study.
  • Minimum of three to five years of work experience in CCRC, skilled nursing, and personal care settings.
  • Self-directed, motivated, critical thinker, and goal-oriented.
