We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Autism Learning Partners.

About the Role

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing ABA programs, and providing field supervision to behavior technicians. You will also be expected to support staff in meeting productivity requirements, write performance evaluations, and attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • 3 years of experience working in the field of ABA
  • At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks
