Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on theatre equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with operations management to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure all guest areas, including restrooms and auditoriums, are clean, well-stocked, and free of hazards.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a theatre or entertainment industry setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
