  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and technology, to ensure that our case management services are integrated and effective.
  • Recruit, manage, and inspire a diverse team of case management staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement training programs for case management staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to our clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our case management services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in case management, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with individuals impacted by the criminal legal system or history of co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team with other disciplines, such as operations and technology.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, and exercise good judgment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, required.
  • Experience utilizing EMR systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, but not required.
  • Interest and commitment to working with homeless individuals impacted by the criminal legal system.
  • Ability to maintain a strengths-based, harm reduction perspective.
  • Ability to embrace a diverse racial, ethnic, gender expressive and lived experience environment.
  • Ability to travel within the boroughs via public transportation.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours as needed to meet the participant service needs.
