Role Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
  • The ideal candidate will design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve communication skills of children aged 2-6, utilizing a variety of therapeutic strategies and tools.
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, is essential to provide holistic care.
  • Families will be engaged in the therapeutic process, receiving education, resources, and support to enhance their child's communication development.
  • The Speech Pathologist will continuously monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program is required.
  • Licensure to practice speech pathology in Arizona or Colorado is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or a willingness to learn from our clinical teams is preferred.
  • Applicants should embody a playful spirit and ability to connect and engage with young children.

  • We offer a competitive salary of $82,500.00 - $105,000.00/year.
