Fleet and Equipment Support Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet and Equipment Support Manager to join our team at Vector Talent Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robotic CCTV sewer camera equipment to minimize operational downtime.
  • Manage and coordinate regular preventive maintenance services on vehicles.
  • Conduct monthly visual inspections of all fleet assets and vehicles ensuring proper maintenance and professional appearance.
Additional Duties
  • Install and diagnose GPS systems to ensure operational capability.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party vendors and operations to schedule vehicle repairs and upfitting.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be competent in conflict resolution.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to read and comprehend industry-related standards, procedures, specifications, requirements, manufacturers' instructions, etc.
  • Demonstrated attention to details.
  • Experience and successful ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel for up to one week at a time.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $32.00 - $48.00 per hour based on experience.
