- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in trauma and surgical care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of relevant and current experience in trauma and surgical care.
