Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Accurately update patient demographics, verify insurance eligibility, and collect payments and copayments.
  • Patient Communication: Greet patients, make them feel welcome, and direct or assist them in completing necessary paperwork.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
