  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing your expertise in communication and sciences disorders.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create and implement tailored treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs, taking into account their unique strengths and challenges.
  • Provide SLP Services: Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree: Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP License: Possess an active Speech Language Pathology license.
