Speech-Language Pathologist

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational goals and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Current Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
