Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, with monthly commission earnings and other benefits. We also offer a robust compensation package, including:

Key Responsibilities

This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and a proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the uniform rental services industry
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations
  • BUILDING relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure new business deals
  • Utilizing our award-winning sales training program to learn state-of-the-art techniques for effective sales presentations and lead generation
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed insights and solutions to customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience in a B2B sales environment (although we provide all the training you will need to be successful)
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a background in sales or a related field, preferably with experience in the uniform rental services industry. Additionally, prior experience with CRMs and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
