Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Aeropostale. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products and provide expert advice on fashion trends and styles.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by executing our sales strategy and promoting our products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move products and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
Aeropostale offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.13, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, overtime pay, and a generous employee discount program.
