Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at DTLR. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making product suggestions, and promoting sales initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockroom.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
