We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth Central Texas. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures with a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images and excellent patient care.
- Review MRI orders to assess correctness and ensure patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient department operations.
- Graduation from an accredited MRI program or ARRT (MR) credentials.
- Successful completion of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) boards, with (MR) specialty designator within 1 year after completion of accredited training program, and maintaining ARRT (MR) Certification and continuing education requirements thereafter.
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification.
