Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at our Shalersville, Ohio facility. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and developing and training team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on process improvements and equipment operation.
  • Develop and implement training procedures to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Relieve operators and fill in for supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes and equipment.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve processes and equipment.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment and maintain 6S activities to organize and manage workstations.
Requirements
  • Machinist or related experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other manufacturing software.
