About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Care Specialist to join our team at Bark n Zoom. As an Overnight Pet Pro, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry friends, providing exceptional care and service to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch care for dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, and playtime.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures, making sure all clients are satisfied with their experience.
  • Make boarding reservations, book grooming and training appointments, and schedule daycare reservations.
  • Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions, and reconcile reports.
  • Interact with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure client and pet needs are met.
  • Assist in managing waitlists and ensuring maximum room utilization.
  • Respond promptly to customer relations issues and troubleshoot any uncomfortable situations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility, reporting any issues to management.
Requirements
  • Passion for animals and animal care, especially dogs and cats.
  • Ability to work nights, sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and grasping.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
