About the Role

As a Department Manager at H&M Group, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales floor, ensuring that all visual and commercial standards are met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and window displays
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and team performance
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
