Job Summary:This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse who will work as part of our team to provide top-notch nursing care for patients and residents. You will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and communicating effectively with patients/residents, family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent nursing care for patients and residents.
- Administer medications and treatments consistent with standards of care and delivered with integrity and compassion.
- Communicate effectively through written documentation and verbal communication.
- Buid serving relationships with patients/residents, family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Champion quality of care and advocate for the customer experience.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as an LPN.
- Ability to lead and motivate.
- Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians, and other team members.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
