Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at KWIK FILL. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers with a smile and hello, offer assistance with purchases, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register accurately, handle customer transactions, and maintain a neat and organized cash handling area.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and emptying trash cans.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, and backroom storage areas.
  • Security and Safety: Follow all security and safety policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task, organizational and communication skills, customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
