We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Comprehensive Health Services. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing nursing assistant services to our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing assistant services within the CNA scope of practice to preserve the health and wellness of examinees and/or patients.
  • Opportunity to travel and assist on medical mobile events.
  • Record and maintain patient information in accordance with standard protocols, and the Privacy Act.
  • Exercise initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills daily.
  • Makes independent judgments and prioritizes workload.
  • Demonstrates proven success in working within stressful environments.
  • Complies with all applicable Acuity standards and guidelines.
  • Responsible for medical record review and case management for medical exam and screening programs.
  • Works directly with medical providers and examinees to ensure all medical information is gathered.
  • Performs medical Quality Assurance on all charts.
  • Communicates with Clients as well as the on-site medical providers.
  • Able to work with various software programs specific to the functioning of the exam program.
  • Works closely with other departments to provide accurate and quality outcomes.
  • Consistently learns and applies codified state and federal regulations specific to particular contract(s).
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited Nursing Assistant school.
  • Must hold a current unrestricted CNA.
  • 2 years of clinical nursing experience as a CNA.
  • Have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Proficiency in the use of basic Microsoft programs.
  • Must possess a current U.S P
  • Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of clinical CNA experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of Data Management Systems.
  • Experience in administering vaccines
