- Record and maintain patient information in accordance with standard protocols, and the Privacy Act.
- Exercise initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills daily.
- Makes independent judgments and prioritizes workload.
- Demonstrates proven success in working within stressful environments.
- Complies with all applicable Acuity standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for medical record review and case management for medical exam and screening programs.
- Works directly with medical providers and examinees to ensure all medical information is gathered.
- Performs medical Quality Assurance on all charts.
- Communicates with Clients as well as the on-site medical providers.
- Able to work with various software programs specific to the functioning of the exam program.
- Works closely with other departments to provide accurate and quality outcomes.
- Consistently learns and applies codified state and federal regulations specific to particular contract(s).
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing Assistant school.
- Must hold a current unrestricted CNA.
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience as a CNA.
- Have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Proficiency in the use of basic Microsoft programs.
- Must possess a current U.S P
- Ability to pass a background check.
- 5 years of clinical CNA experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Data Management Systems.
- Experience in administering vaccines
