The Operations team at Airwallex ensures the smooth functioning of our services and processes. We focus on optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer support. Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct holistic risk reviews of merchants through various workflows, assessing risk and the merchant experience, and documenting new trends or riskiness.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand merchant business activities and communicate risk trends and patterns to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on risk-related matters and develop training programs to enhance risk awareness.
  • Manage daily case management and ensure timely resolution of risk-related issues.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in fraud/credit risk/compliance functions, with a strong understanding of credit risk evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience in payment acquiring products and payment industry, including cards and local payment methods.
  • Exceptional data analytics skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns and think critically.
  • Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge across a global team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
