Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. in Carmel. This full-time position will provide outpatient, individual, and group therapy services to adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess clients to develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adults
  • Conduct crisis intervention and emergency services as needed
  • Develop and implement substance abuse treatment plans

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
  • Two years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred

Licensure

  • Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
  • Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license, a plus
