Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at The Bridgewater Club LLC. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional massage services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement exercise prescriptions for individuals with different fitness levels, medical concerns, and age populations.
  • Perform therapeutic massages in a professional manner.
  • Set up the massage room and prepare for scheduled massages.
  • Change linens after each massage and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete paperwork, including Soap Charts and sign-in sheets.
  • Make necessary copies and file documents accordingly.
  • Dress professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Orient new clients to the massage process and complete Health Intake Forms.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in the massage room.
  • Keep licenses and liability insurance current.
  • Assist members with payment processing and refer clients to specialists as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and some prior experience in massage therapy.
  • Hold and maintain a State License in Massage Therapy.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, using hands, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
