Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team at Pacific Bearing Co. This role involves extensive travel throughout the United States, with the specialist on the road for 40+ weeks per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including sprinter vans, pick-up trucks with trailers, and other assigned vehicles.
  • Transport goods, equipment, and personnel to various locations across the US.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to trade shows, customer visits, and other destinations.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries.
  • Adhere to federal and state driving laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and company personnel.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment at trade shows and events as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience driving sprinter vans, pick-up trucks with trailers, and other large vehicles.
  • Ability to be on the road for extended periods (40+ weeks per year).
  • Strong knowledge of US roadways and regulations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required for loading and unloading.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus travel per diem and benefits package.
