  • Student Recruitment: Recruit and retain students, fostering a sense of community and academic excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in English from a regionally accredited institution, or a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate credit hours in English.

  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend assignments.
