About the Role

Pennymac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team as an Assistant Vice President Servicing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide projects related to policies and procedures, system changes, and strategic plan execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop project plans that address key initiatives across all of Loan Servicing, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Contract Management: Monitor key vendor contracts for renewal and annual certification and compliance notices, including the review of all SAS70 reports and development of company memorandums to address company acknowledgement and compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee all aspects of the division's strategic plan, including the development of project plans, implementation of changes, and reporting on efforts.
  • Servicer Rating: Track efforts around the obtaining and maintaining of our Servicer Rating, including policy and procedure changes, system enhancements, organizational changes, and compliance efforts.
  • Business Continuity: Support the development and maintenance of Servicing's Business Continuity Plan.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as required and assigned, demonstrating behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), strong project management and organizational skills, and financial services and mortgage industry experience preferred.
