Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solar Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or field/PM experience.
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
  • Able to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
  • Electrical knowledge and experience preferred.
