Baker

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure our cafe runs smoothly.

• Bake all fresh bread and pastries for our cafe
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
• Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
• Support your manager and team members

• Love baking and be willing to learn and grow with our team
• Enjoy working alone and with a team
• Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Be committed to food safety and health safety
• Be at least 18 years old

• Competitive pay: $20-$24.25 per hour
