Be the Heart of Our Cafe

We're looking for a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks such as stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake all fresh bread and pastries needed for the cafe
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Support your manager and team
Requirements:
  • Love baking, even if you're a beginner (4 weeks of training provided)
  • Enjoy working alone and with a team
  • Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Be passionate about food safety and health safety
  • Be at least 18 years of age
