Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Assess, plan, develop, and implement educational activities tailored to the needs of assigned clinical areas.
- Staff Development: Develop, monitor, and train staff to ensure quality care for patients.
- Curriculum Development: Create training programs and individual learning plans to meet identified learning needs.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective patient care education and promote a team approach to healthcare delivery.
- New Employee Orientation: Develop and maintain new employee orientation programs and serve as a clinical resource for staff.
- Patient Safety: Ensure safe care of patients by adhering to policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Staff Growth and Development: Promote staff professional growth and development by ensuring they meet mandatory/continuing education, skills, and competencies requirements.
- Mentorship and Preceptorship: Serve as a preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
- Internal Controls: Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.
- RN with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 4 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year experience in education/staff development.
$38.80 hourly rate; PBL w/ no Benefits
