Position Overview

Housekeeping Team Leader:

  • Must be a US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, or possess Work Authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

This role reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper. You will oversee and evaluate guest room accommodations and public spaces to ensure that housekeeping standards align with the Resort's quality expectations.

Lead your team to ensure efficient and effective department operations while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the resort.

Your responsibilities may also include assigning rooms to team members and managing inventory supplies.


Housekeeping Duties Include:

Cleaning and maintaining both front and back of house areas, which encompass:

  • Guest room cleaning and trash removal
  • Dusting and window cleaning
  • Maintaining lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and stairways
  • Changing and folding linens and towels
  • Wiping down furniture
  • Mopping and vacuuming floors

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping is required.

The compensation for this position is competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
