About the Role

We're seeking a talented Prestige Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through expert product knowledge and personalized consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to guests to help them discover their true beauty potential
  • Maximize sales and create raving fans through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert advice to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on company promotions and events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
