Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

TheraEx Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Job Summary:
- Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Location: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Job Type: Travel
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and independence.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- License: Active California COTA license.
- Certifications: CPR/BLS card and Covid vaccine card.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
