Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Design and implement adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance patient function and independence

Requirements:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist Assistant License
  • CPR/BLS Card
  • Covid Vaccine Card
