Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Care RN. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, including on-call weekends. You will be responsible for providing after-hours care to our clients, triaging phone calls, performing home visits, and maintaining timely clinical documentation.

Salary: $28-$35 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities- Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and laws
- Provide after-hours care to clients, including triaging phone calls and performing home visits
- Ensure timely and adequate delivery of home health care services
- Maintain communication with departments at Tabitha and other community resources
- Successful completion of a Registered Nurse course of study (Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred)
- At least one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in geriatrics or home care
- RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and valid Nebraska driver's license required
