Nesco Resource is currently seeking dedicated Pickers for 1st Shift at a warehouse facility.

Position Overview and Qualifications:
Efficiently select items from storage areas within a warehouse environment utilizing Forklift/Cherry Picker equipment.
  1. Operate in a non-climate controlled warehouse space.
  2. Certification completion is required.
  3. Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet.
  4. Possess a safety-first mindset, with the ability to interpret orders, match part numbers, perform counting and multiplication, and maintain attention to detail.
  5. Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  6. Steel toe or composite footwear is mandatory.

Dress Code:
  • Safety boots are essential.
  • No tank tops or sleeveless shirts.
  • Shorts are allowed but must reach knee length.
  • No muscle shirts or clothing with open sides.
  • No garments featuring offensive language or imagery.
Additional Notes:
  • Bring sufficient liquids to stay hydrated.
  • Pack lunch and snacks for the day.
Compensation:
Starting Pay Rate - $14.00
Upon successful completion of 30 days, the rate will increase to $14.50, with potential for full-time consideration after 90 days if performance criteria are met.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to start at 6:00 AM on occasion.
  • Breaks: 10:00 AM - 10:10 AM, Lunch: 12:00 PM/12:30 PM, Last Break: 2:30 PM/2:45 PM.
