Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1 st Shift Pickers at a facility in Newton, NC. 

Job Description and Requirements:
Pick items from shelves in a warehouse setting using Forklift/Cherry Picker.
  1. Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
  2. Must be able to complete certification.
  3. Must be comfortable working with heights up to 25ft.
  4. Must have a work safe mentality, ability to read orders, match part numbers, count, multiply, and attention to detail.
  5. Must be able to lift 40lbs
  6. Must be able to wear steel toe/composite shoes.

Work Attire:
  • Safety boots is a must
  • No tank tops/ Wife beaters
  • Shorts are permitted but must be up to knee level
  • No muscle shirt no open sides
  • No article of clothing with offensive language or picture
In Addition:
  • Bring plenty of liquid to remain hydrated
  • Bring lunch/ snacks
Pay:
Pay Rate - $14.00
After successfully completing 30 days, we will increase to $14.50 after 90 days can be consider for full time if requirements are met.

Shift:
Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, but must be open to come in at 6am occasionally
  • Break 10am -10:10, Lunch 12/12:30 and last break 2:30/2:2:45
