Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Team Lead to join our cutting-edge team and help us push the boundaries of what's possible with our systems.

As the newest member of our expanding development operations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and be a part of something special.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 3 to 4 developers; running daily standup, teaching development methodology, standards and basics of user satisfactions to junior developers.
  • Working side by side with our Operations department to identify needs.
  • Working side by side with other Developers to create solutions, review code, and share knowledge.
  • Writing safe, scalable, and consistent JavaScript, Typescript, and C# code.
  • Writing performance-considerate SQL.
  • Learning as part of your job.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of team lead experience
  • Experience with Object Oriented Languages, like C#, Java, Python, C, or C++.
  • Experience with TSQL, or RDBMS technologies.
  • Experience with WebApi technologies.
  • Experience with a modern web based front-end framework, Angular preferred.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Planning and organizing, decision-making.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in problem-solving and handling uncertainty, adapting, and changing as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; sound judgment; initiative; and flexibility.
