Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and support all scrum events
- Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles
- Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters
- Partner with Product Managers to maintain plans and communicate progress of the team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years' experience in information technology, including 5+ years applying Agile and Scrum principles within teams and/or organizations
- SAFe 6.0 Certification – SA, PO/PM, etc. (Scaled Agile)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills
- Ability to self-manage, recognize and actively address challenges, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement appropriate courses of action
- Highly proficient with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence (or equivalent tools)
